WASHINGTON, Dec. 9 (UPI) -- Democratic and Republican leaders of Congress meet with President Barack Obama Wednesday to discuss Obama's plans to grow the economy and jobs.

Obama on Tuesday outlined his plan to help small businesses caught up in the economic downturn and also to grow jobs. His plan would be funded through the Troubled Asset Relief Program that was used to bail out banks.
