OAKLAND, Calif., Nov. 25 (UPI) -- Two defendants have pleaded guilty to shooting at cars with a pellet gun in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Alameda County prosecutors say Shawn Wagner and Rojelio Gomez face up to three years in prison for the shootings that took place earlier this year along Interstates 680 and 880.
The incidents caused one minor injury as well as damage to some 42 vehicles.
The San Francisco Chronicle said Wednesday that the pair pleaded guilty to felony charges that included assault with a deadly weapon and had also agreed to pay restitution for the damage caused by the pellets.
