ATLANTA, Nov. 12 (UPI) -- Police in Fulton County, Ga., said they are searching for a man accused of shooting two men, one fatally, who attempted to repossess his car Thursday.

The Atlanta Journal-Constitution said 29-year-old Justin Moore is accused of fatally shooting Brandon Thomas, 27, early Thursday morning as Thomas and an unidentified man attempted to repossess Moore's 2004 Mustang.

Fulton police spokesman Scott McBride said Thomas and his co-worker were able to load Moore's car onto a tow truck despite allegedly being shot at with a shotgun.

When the repossession pair attempted to leave the scene with Moore's car, Moore allegedly chased them down and reclaimed his Mustang.

Thomas was later found shot to death, while the tow truck driver was found wounded. An unidentified Grady Memorial Hospital spokeswoman said the driver was in critical condition after the incident.

McBride told the Journal-Constitution while police officers chased Moore following the shooting, the chase was called off when pursuit speeds reached 150 mph.
