PEARCY, Ark., Nov. 12 (UPI) -- Police are investigating the deaths of five people -- four of them burned beyond recognition -- on a property in Pearcy, Ark., authorities said.
Four of the bodies were found Thursday inside a burned-out mobile home in Garland County. The fifth body, an adult male, was discovered several hours later on the same property in a separate building that was not burned, Garland County Sheriff spokesman James Martin said.
Fifteen to 20 miles away in Hot Springs, Ark, authorities Thursday also found a burning car registered to the address of the burned mobile home, KARK-TV, Little Rock, Ark., reported.
Authorities had yet to identify the bodies and released no information on how they were killed or whether the four victims found in the mobile home were believed dead before the fire started. The gender of the four bodies in the mobile home had not been determined.
"We have no idea who they are at this point," Martin said.
