TRENTON, Wis., Nov. 4 (UPI) -- A 39-year-old man in Hager City, Wis., is facing sex crime charges for having sex with two family members and capturing the acts on video, authorities allege.

The St. Paul (Minn.) Pioneer Press said Tuesday Wade Swenson was arrested and charged with multiple criminal counts after video tapes were discovered allegedly showing Swenson having sex with two female family members, one a minor.

Authorities allege in a criminal complaint the tapes were discovered by one of the victims in December. The woman then contacted police.

The complaint alleges one tape shows Swenson having sex with the adult victim while she was unconscious. The woman said she does not recall the incident.

A second video allegedly shows Swenson having sex with a female relative believed to have been 15 years old at the time.

Court records show a third unidentified female relative alleges video of her was taken without her knowledge while she was naked inside Swenson's bathroom.

Swenson is charged with second-degree sexual assault of a child, sexual exploitation of a child, possession of child pornography, sexual assault, capturing an image of nudity and invasion of privacy.
