WASHINGTON, Nov. 2 (UPI) -- U.S. readers want to read a book by former Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice rather than yet unreleased autobiographies from other Republicans, a poll says.
Twenty-two percent of Americans said they're most likely to read Rice's book, results of a poll commissioned by CBS's "60 Minutes" and Vanity Fair magazine, The Hill reported Monday.
Eleven percent said they are interested in reading former President George W. Bush's book, followed by 9 percent for 2008 GOP vice presidential candidate and former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin, 7 percent for former first lady Laura Bush and 4 percent for ex-Vice President Dick Cheney.
For 46 percent of people polled, none of the books seemed interesting.
The poll surveyed 829 people Oct. 5-8, surveyed 829 respondents nationwide, the Washington publication said. No margin of error was provided.
