FORT WORTH, Texas, Oct. 22 (UPI) -- Former U.S. President George W. Bush will headline a motivational seminar in Fort Worth, Texas, a political expert says.
University of Virginia political science Professor Larry Sabato said the 43rd president of the United States will speak at a "Get Motivated" seminar next week in Fort Worth and will then appear in San Antonio in December, the New York Daily News reported Thursday.
Past financial disclosure forms regarding past speakers like former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani indicate the former U.S. president would likely earn $100,000 for each of the hour-long appearances
Giuliani will also speak at next Monday's seminar in Fort Worth, along with former U.S. Secretary of State Colin Powell and former NFL quarterback Terry Bradshaw.
The Daily News said Bush's wife Laura also has signed on to take part in three "Get Motivated" seminars in October and November. The dates and locations of those events were not reported.
