India talks terror issue with Bangladesh

NEW DELHI, April 9 (UPI) -- India said it is discussing with Bangladesh the issue of rebel attacks from across the border in Bangladesh.

India's Border Security Force raised the issue with its counterpart, Bangladesh Rifles. The force, which guards India's eastern and western borders, also pointed toward evidence unearthed during recent blasts in Uttar Pradesh state that pointed to the involvement of militant groups such as Harkat-ul-Jehadi Islamia, which operate in Bangladesh, the Indian Interior Ministry said Wednesday.
