Andrea Sanderlin, a Scarsdale, N.Y. suburban mother of two who was arrested last month for reportedly running a multi-million dollar marijuana empire, was released on $500,000 bail Tuesday.

As part of her release Sanderlin, 45, who has been dubbed "Pot Mom," must stay in the Manhattan apartment of her children's grandparents under electronic monitoring while she awaits her trial. She is scheduled to appear in court on July 15.

On Friday, Sanderlin pleaded not guilty to charges of growing about $3 million worth of marijuana, officials said.

After her May 20 arrest Sanderlin was charged with manufacturing and possessing marijuana with intent to distribute, and with maintaining a facility where marijuana was grown and processed, the U.S. Attorney's Office Eastern District of New York said.

The mother was charged after police raided a Queens warehouse where they found $3 million worth of marijuana.

If convicted she could face a minimum of 10 years in prison and $10 million in fines.
