Local official Nasir Khan said the bomber, described as a man between the ages of 15 and 20, had strapped explosives to his body to detonate while delivering water to security personnel.

CNN said in addition to those killed, 27 people were wounded. The bombing came a day after a NATO oil tank truck was destroyed in Torkham.
