Mother said Josh Powell threatened her

GRAND FORKS, N.D., Aug. 13 (UPI) -- A North Dakota mother, who pleaded guilty to child neglect for breastfeeding while intoxicated, has been arrested twice since her sentencing, authorities said.
The Grand Forks Herald reported police received a complaint Friday that Stacey Anvarinia had slashed a tire on a pickup truck in her apartment building's parking lot just hours after she was sentenced to a substance abuse program.
She was then arrested again Tuesday as she tried to visit with her 6-month-old child at the Grand Forks County Office Building.
Avarinia was held on $2,500 bail, said Grand Forks Police Sgt. Keone Feliciano at the jail.
