ATLANTA, July 29 (UPI) -- Police have arrested an Atlanta area woman on suspicion of running a strip club in her basement and selling alcohol to teenagers.
Authorities were summoned to the home of Constance Trahan, 28, of Lawrenceville by a neighbor who reported a loud party, WSB-TV, Atlanta, reported.
Officers said Trahan was not only selling alcohol to minors but was running what appeared to be an underground strip club.
"The officers that did respond did see what appeared to be some sort of gentleman's club or strip club that was being conducted at the time," said a David Schiralli of the Gwinnett County Police Department.
"If they can't get into bars, they were coming down here to drink. That's my theory," said neighbor Jim Ferguson, who called police.
Trahan faces misdemeanor charges of maintaining a disorderly house.
