Texas baby found stabbed, decapitated

SAN ANTONIO, July 26 (UPI) -- Police Sunday were investigating the discovery of a stabbed and decapitated 2-week-old baby in San Antonio, officials said.

The slain infant was found early Sunday in the bedroom of a home on the city's North Side, the San Antonio Express-News reported.

The newspaper said a woman was detained and taken to a hospital while two other adults were questioned by police.

Authorities said two other children who were home at the time of the baby's discovery were picked up from the house.
