Second Indiana prison fugitive caught

ROCKPORT, Ind., July 21 (UPI) -- The second of three Indiana State Prison fugitives was taken into custody Tuesday in the southern part of the state, police said.

Lance Battreal, a convicted rapist, was captured in Rockport at his mother's home, WTHR-TV, Indianapolis, reported.

Another inmate, Charles Smith, convicted of murder, was captured a few days after the three men broke out of the prison in Michigan City July 12 through a tunnel.

Convicted murderer Mark Booher remained at large, officials said.
