OTTAWA, June 28 (UPI) -- Canada's governor general announced Sunday that Britain's Prince Charles will visit Canada this fall.

The prince of Wales and his wife Camilla, known formally as the duchess of Cornwall, will visit Newfoundland, Ontario, Quebec, British Columbia and the National Capital Region, the Canadian Broadcasting Corp. reported.

Gov. Gen. Michaelle Jean said Buckingham Palace would coordinate the visit, which will take place in November. Further details will be announced at a later date.

Charles last visited Canada in 2001.
