LONDON, June 17 (UPI) -- London police say the serial burglar-rapist dubbed the "Night Stalker" appears to still be prowling the city.

Investigators think nine recent burglaries are the work of the light-skinned black man they blame for at least 106 crimes against London's elderly, some going as far back as 1990, the Daily Mail reported Wednesday.

Some of the Night Stalker's victims not only are robbed of their possessions but are raped or sexually assaulted. The unknown assailant, estimated to be between 35 and 45 years old, often wears a mask and wakes his sleeping victims, who have been between 68 and 99 years old, by shining a flashlight in their faces, the tabloid said.

A reward of more than $65,000 is being offered for information leading to his conviction.
