PERUGIA, Italy, June 13 (UPI) -- U.S. student Amanda Knox ended her testimony Saturday in her Italian trial over the death of British student Meredith Kercher.
CNN said Knox, 21, endured a second straight day of testimony Saturday as prosecutors questioned her over details surrounding Kercher's death on Nov. 1, 2007, in the villa the women shared in the Italian university town of Perugia.
Knox is facing murder and sexual assault charges along with her former Italian boyfriend, Raffaele Sollecito. An Ivory Coast national, Rudy Guede, has already been convicted on related murder charges and received a 30-year prison sentence.
CNN said Knox has testified she and Sollecito, 25, were at his home the night Kercher, 20, died at the women's flat. Kercher's half-naked body was found on Nov. 1, 2007, with a stab wound to the neck.
The Daily Telegraph said Knox used her testimony Saturday to reiterate her allegations from Friday that she was abused and threatened by police while being questioned over Kercher's death.
"If you don't start telling the truth, we'll put you in jail for 30 years," she quoted investigators of telling her during her questioning.
