BOSTON, April 27 (UPI) -- Accused U.S. Craigslist killer Philip Markoff, jailed in the slaying of a woman, intimated to a family member that more revelations are to come, sources say.

During an emotional family visit in the Boston jail Friday, Markoff broke down and allegedly told his brother to "forget about (him)" and "there's more coming out," although sources familiar with the visit told ABC News it was unclear if Markoff allegedly meant more evidence in the death of 26-year-old massage therapist Julissa Brisman or more victims.

The family visit was first revealed by the Boston Herald and marked the first time Markoff had seen his family since he was arrested for the slaying of Brisman, whom he allegedly met through an ad on the Craigslist social networking Web site.

Markoff's attorney, John Salsberg, told the broadcaster the 23-year-old's family remains "very supportive of him," although his fiancee, Meghan McAllister, has yet to visit him in jail.
