Canada body-parts murder victim identified

WASHINGTON, April 21 (UPI) -- U.S. President Barack Obama says Pritzker Traubert Family Foundation chief Cindy Moelis is the new head of the Presidential Commission on White House Fellows.
The White House Fellows Program was founded in 1964 by President Lyndon Johnson to encourage citizenship and service to the country, the White House said Tuesday.
First lady Michelle Obama indicated she will maintain the tradition of the first lady being involved in the selection process, the White House said.
Moelis earned her undergraduate degree from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania, and her law degree from Stanford Law School.
