BOERNE, Texas, March 24 (UPI) -- Police in Boerne, Texas, say a 15-year-old boy accused of planning an attack on his high school has been arrested again for similar threats.
The teenager was charged last year along with Allen W. Doelitsch Jr., 18, of texting each other about killing students and teachers at Boerne-Samuel V. Champion High School, Boerne Police Chief Gary Miller told the San Antonio Express-News.
Doelitsch, who has pleaded innocent, remains in jail on charges of criminal solicitation of a minor to commit capital murder, the Express-News reported Tuesday.
The 15-year-old suspect was arrested, again, for allegedly lunging last week at his parole officer and threatening to kill her and students at Champion High School, Miller said.
A judge Monday ordered continued detention for the teen, who had just completed a court-ordered boot camp and was starting school at an alternative campus.
