DALAT, Vietnam, March 14 (UPI) -- A bus crash in Vietnam left 10 people dead, including nine Russian tourists, and several more critically injured, Russian television reported.

Reports indicated a Vietnamese woman also died in the Friday accident, which officials said happened about 30 miles from Dalat, RIA Novosti said.

The bus plunged from a precipice, a spokesman for the Russian embassy in Vietnam told reporters, saying 14 survivors were hurt and had been hospitalized, including the Vietnamese driver of the bus.

The cause of the accident was being investigated, RIA Novosti said.
