ORLANDO, Fla., March 3 (UPI) -- Casey Anthony's lawyer says a jail video of her could prejudice prospective jurors when she is tried for killing her daughter, Caylee Marie, in Orlando, Fla.

The video taken in the jail's medical clinic allegedly shows Anthony, 22, hyperventilating after being told a child's remains had been found last December within a mile of her home, the Orlando (Fla.,) Sentinel reported Tuesday.

Anthony's lead attorney, Jose Baez, who has seen the video, said it violated his client's privacy and would be prejudicial if publicly released before the start of Anthony's first-degree murder trial, tentatively set for Oct. 12.

Circuit Judge Stan Strickland Monday delayed a decision on releasing the video but did approve public release of images from Casey Anthony's online account at photobucket.com, the Sentinel reported.

The images include photos of Anthony's friends and family, including Caylee, who was 2 years old when she disappeared last June, the Sentinel reported.
