ORLANDO, Fla., Feb. 27 (UPI) -- Casey Anthony's brother testified in a deposition Friday that a Florida woman wasn't Caylee Anthony's babysitter, lawyers said.

Zenaida Gonzalez of Kissimmee, Fla., has sued Casey Anthony for defamation, the Orlando (Fla.) Sentinel reported. Anthony, now charged with killing her daughter, told police when she reported Caylee missing in July that she had been kidnapped by a babysitter named Zenaida Gonzalez.

Lee Anthony spent about three hours answering questions but refused to respond to some, lawyer John Morgan said. Morgan plans to ask a judge to order him to answer all questions.

Anthony and his lawyer refused to talk to reporters as he left, the Sentinel said.

Gonzalez is seeking compensation from Casey Anthony, saying that she lost her job and was forced to endure public humiliation because of publicity about the case and her supposed role in it, the newspaper said.

Caylee's body was discovered in December in a wooded area in Orlando near the house where she and her mother lived with her grandparents.
