CHICAGO, Feb. 18 (UPI) -- A United Airlines plane preparing to take off from O'Hare International Airport in Chicago touched wings Wednesday with another plane.

United Flight 668, leaving for LaGuardia Airport in New York, was leaving its gate when it touched the wing of United Flight 208, headed for Fort Myers, Fla., the Chicago Sun-Times reported. Passengers from the New York-bound plane were transferred to another flight, while the other plane had no passengers on board.

Robin Urbanski, a spokeswoman for the airline, described the collision as a "minor" incident with no injuries. Karen Pride, a spokeswoman for the Chicago Department of Aviation, agreed, the Sun-Times said.
