Drew Peterson's fiancee moves back in

BOLLINGBROOK, Ill., Feb. 11 (UPI) -- Ernie Raines says he is beside himself that his daughter has decided to move back in with her erstwhile fiance, ex-Illinois police officer Drew Peterson.

Christina Raines, 24, apparently smoothed over things with the 55-year-old Peterson, who has been under a cloud of suspicion since the death of his third wife and the disappearance of wife No. 4, Stacy Peterson, in 2007.

"I'm not going to let this happen," Ernie Raines told the Joliet (Ill.) Herald. "I'm not going to wake up and get a call and have to look for my daughter."

Meanwhile, the Chicago Tribune said the Illinois Appellate Court has upheld a lower court's ruling that opens the door to a wrongful death lawsuit against Peterson in the death of his third wife, Kathleen Savio.

She was found dead in her bathtub in 2004 in what was originally ruled an accident. A second autopsy changed the cause of death to homicide.
