Mayes faces up to a year in the county jail.

Two other teenage suspects in the case, Kayla Hassal and April Cooper, are scheduled to enter their pleas on Feb. 4.

The agreement calls for Hassal to plead guilty to one count of battery and Cooper to plead guilty to two counts of battery.

Authorities say the remaining two suspects, Mercedes Nichols and Brittini Hardcastle, are scheduled to stand trial on March 30.
