Allen Iverson has abducted own children, says ex-wife
SALT LAKE CITY, Jan. 18 (UPI) -- A Utah woman is suing her plastic surgeon and Fox Television Stations, claiming nude clinical photos of her body were aired without her permission.
Public relations consultant Conilyn Judge claims she agreed to appear in a January 2008 story entitled "Plastic Surgery Nightmares" on KSTU-TV in Salt Lake City.
Judge, who had undergone several cosmetic procedures, agreed to be interviewed wearing a pink paper examination gown after "being reassured that the camera angles would be tasteful and discreet, not showing any cleavage or thigh," the suit claims.
Judge said Dr. Renato Saltz sent KSTU-TV naked before-and-after surgery photos from her medical file without her permission. The photographs appeared in the broadcast with a "small portion of her breasts and genitalia" blacked out, the suit claims.
Judge claims the broadcast has "all but destroyed" her profession as a PR consultant. The doctor denies any wrongdoing.
