PALM COAST, Fla., Jan. 7 (UPI) -- Authorities in Flagler County, Fla., say a 46-year-old man and his 25-year-old daughter allegedly had sex together at a residence they share.

The Flagler County Sheriff's Office alleged Alton Everett Smith Jr. had sexual relations with his daughter, Kristilyn, at their residence in Palm Coast, Fla., last August and now both face related incest charges, the Jacksonville (Fla.) Times-Union said Tuesday.

The pair was arrested on incest charges based on allegations by a former roommate who claimed to have witnessed the illicit act.

The unidentified roommate told authorities the father and daughter allegedly shared a bedroom while Smith's wife, Tina, shared a bedroom with Kristilyn's 7-year-old son.

Smith and his 43-year-old wife are currently facing 37 child pornography charges in relation to child pornography allegedly found on their computer during a Dec. 30 raid.

Kristilyn had been out on bail on prostitution and child neglect charges since being arrested on Dec. 7, the Times-Union reported.
