COLORADO SPRINGS, Jan. 6 (UPI) -- Police say a Colorado bar patron's jukebox selection proved fatal when an argument over the song degenerated into a deadly brawl.

U.S. Army Sgt. 1st Class Richard Lopez died of injuries suffered in the fight at a Colorado Springs saloon that apparently revolved around Lopez's selection of the Jimmy Buffet classic "Margaritaville."

Colorado Springs police have not yet made any arrests although two of the combatants were considered suspects, the Denver Post said Tuesday.

Lopez, 37, Fayetteville, N.C., died Monday in a hospital where he was taken Friday night.
