Reputed Taliban leader nabbed in Pakistan

ISLAMABAD, Pakistan, Jan. 3 (UPI) -- Ustaz Muhammad Yasir, a high-ranking Taliban leader in Pakistan, had been arrested, Pakistani sources said Saturday .

CNN reported its sources and a member of Yasir's family confirmed he had been taken into custody at the home of a relative in the Peshwar region.

Other details of the arrest were not immediately released.
