OAK PARK , Mich., Dec. 28 (UPI) -- Police in Oak Park, Mich., say they're searching for a teenager suspected in Sunday's killing of Mason Samborski, a 28-year-old police officer.
Jonathan Belton, 16, is considered armed and dangerous, Lt. Mike Pinkerton told the Detroit Free Press.

Samborski was fatally shot at an apartment complex in Oak Park after a struggle with Belton in the hallway, Pinkerton said.
Police did not say whether Samborski was killed with his own gun, which reportedly was not recovered at the scene, said the Free Press.
Samborski, who had been with city police for four years, was married and had one child.
