ORLANDO, Fla., Dec. 23 (UPI) -- Casey Anthony, the Florida woman accused of killing her daughter Caylee, will not be able to attend her daughter's funeral services, officials said.

The Orange County Corrections Department said its policies prevent Anthony from attending the funeral and viewing, based on the severity of the charges against her, ABC reported Tuesday.

No funeral has been scheduled for the girl who would have turned 3 in August.

Anthony was charged in October with first-degree murder in the death of her daughter, who was reported missing in July. Caylee's remains were found Dec. 11. Her death was ruled last week a "homicide of undetermined means" by Orange County Chief Medical Examiner Jan Garavaglia.

Casey Anthony is being held in the jail in Orange County and has pleaded not guilty.
