ORLANDO, Fla., Dec. 21 (UPI) -- Investigators have removed potential evidence in the case of Caylee Anthony from the Florida home of the slain child's grandparents, police say.
Orange County, Florida, sheriff's office spokesman Angelo Nieves said several bags and boxes were removed from the Orlando residence of George and Cindy Anthony, who were both home at the time of Saturday's search, CNN reported Sunday.
It was the third time the home has been searched by police during the 10 days since Caylee's skeletal remains were found nearby.
The remains, found by a county meter reader Dec. 11, were not officially identified until Friday when they were confirmed to be those of Caylee.
The 2-year-old girl disappeared in June and her 22-year-old mother, Casey Anthony, has been charged with first-degree murder, CNN reported.
