Poll: Almost half in U.S. creationist

MADRID, Dec. 19 (UPI) -- Spanish Prime Minister Jose Luis Rodriguez Zapatero has predicted that the country's economy will recover in 2009.
Zapatero did say however that the country will likely endure some "bad months" before the Spanish economy rebounds, El Pais reported Friday.
The prime minister said that the rebound would likely occur in the second half of the year.
Zapatero added that a multibillion dollar economic stimulus package would prompt job creation in the coming year.
Spain's economy was one of the strongest in Europe until the worldwide credit crunch caused economic growth to shrink in recent month.
