Two journalists kidnapped in Somalia

BOSASSO, Somalia, Nov. 26 (UPI) -- A British and an Irish journalist have been kidnapped in the Somali port city of Bosasso, officials said Wednesday.

Bile Qabow Sade, an adviser to the president of the semi-autonomous Puntland region of northern Somalia, told CNN they reporters were kidnapped in the market in the center of the city.

No information on who the journalists worked for was immediately available.
