LAS VEGAS, Nov. 21 (UPI) -- A pilfered binder holding U.S. President-elect Barack Obama's campaign stump speech on change apparently has shown up on the eBay auction site.

A self-identified "volunteer staff member" spirited away the binder and speech from a Las Vegas podium during the final, hectic days before the Nov. 4 election and listed it on the Internet auction site, the Los Angeles Times reported.

So far, no bids have been posted for the "Rare Sen. Obama authored speech" with a starting price of $2,500 and a Tuesday closing.

Obama is said to have written the seminal speech on race, but most of his other speeches are penned by staff and delivered by the candidate, the Times said.
