NEW DELHI, Nov. 20 (UPI) -- Federal police in New Delhi, India, have arrested two priests and a nun in the 16-year-old killing of a nun, officials say.

The Revs. Thomas Kottor and Jose Poothrikkayil and a nun known as Sister Sephy have been taken into custody in the 1992 death of the nun Sister Abhaya, said Harsh Bahl, a spokesman for India's Central Bureau of Investigation.

The victim's body was found in a well in southern India, CNN reported.
