BAGHDAD, Nov. 19 (UPI) -- Police in northern Baghdad report finding a mass grave containing the remains of 15 people, an Iraqi Interior Ministry official said.

The grave was discovered at a construction site in the Ur neighborhood once controlled by rebel Shiite cleric Moqtada Sadr's Mehdi Army militia, CNN reported.

After the grave's discovery Tuesday, officials began trying to determine the victims' identities and when they died.

Elsewhere, two bombs in a car exploded in Nineveh province Tuesday, killing a civilian and injuring 11 people, officials in Mosul said.

A roadside bomb exploded in front of the western Baghdad house of an Electricity Ministry official, injuring the official and his wife, CNN reported. Officials also reported roadside bombs in several locations in Baghdad injured five people, including two police officers.
