Fireworks plant blast kills 4 in China

BEIJING, Nov. 17 (UPI) -- A blast in an illegal village fireworks plant in China killed four people and injured two others, officials said.

The incident occurred Sunday at a village in Dianbai County in the southern Guangdong province, the state-run Xinhua news agency reported.

Investigators had not determined the cause of the explosion.
