PETIONVILLE, Haiti, Nov. 11 (UPI) -- Search-and-rescue operations at the collapsed school in Haiti are now a search-and-recovery mission, Haitian and international officials said.

Haitian and international search-and-rescue officials said Monday they have done all they can to ensure no survivors remain beneath the rubble of the building in Petionville that collapsed last week, CNN reported Tuesday.

Teams have been sifting through the ruins since Friday, when the three-story College La Promesse Evangelique collapsed, killing more than 90 people and injuring 150. No survivors have been found since Saturday, when rescuers found several people.

Haitian authorities are questioning the school's owner, Fortin Augustin, CNN reported. Augustin was arrested, but has not been charged.

Many people have blamed the collapse on poor construction. Haitian President Rene Preval said the structure was "really weak" and called for a review of construction guidelines.
