Luxurious life predicted for Obama's kids

WASHINGTON, Nov. 8 (UPI) -- A former White House social secretary says President-elect Barack Obama's two daughters can expect to be pampered for the next four years.

Former White House Social Secretary Capricia Marshall said Obama's daughters, Sasha and Malia, can look forward to the White House's swimming pool, private movie theater, bowling alley and pastry shop, People magazine reported Saturday.

Sasha, 7, and Malia, 10, also can expect to have their choice of foods produced by White House staff, such as a nice treat at the end of a long day, Marshall offered.

"When a day hasn't gone right, the butlers will make sure you have your favorite dessert," said Marshall, who served under President Bill Clinton.

But despite having a veritable platoon of pastry chefs and ushers to cater to their whims, the two girls will always have to answer to their mother Michelle.

"Her rules reign," Marshall told People regarding a first lady's role at the White House.
