CONCORD, N.H., Nov. 4 (UPI) -- Democratic New Hampshire Gov. John Lynch won election to a third term, handily beating Republican state Sen. Joe Kenney and declaring victory.
Lynch, 55, campaigned on his ability to manage state finances without an income or sales tax, the (Manchester) Union Leader reported.
Kenney, 48, said Lynch's budgets would force New Hampshire to enact income or sales taxes.
