BOLINGBROOK, Ill., Oct. 27 (UPI) -- The husband of a missing suburban Chicago woman is planning to be out of town when relatives mark the one-year anniversary of her disappearance.

Drew Peterson of Bolingbrook told the Joliet Herald News he's going to New York to do a television show Tuesday when family and friends gather to remember his missing wife, Stacy.

Four-times married, Peterson is the sole suspect in what police have called his wife's "potential homicide."

"Between her being gone, and the gun charge, I'm in limbo," Peterson said. He faces a felony charge for possessing an assault weapon of a particular size.

In addition to wife Stacy's disappearance, Illinois State Police are also looking into the 2004 death of Peterson's third wife, Kathleen Savio.

Her death was originally ruled an accident but the case was reopened after Stacy Peterson vanished.
