Four killed in Pakistan bazaar blast

DERA BUGTI, Pakistan, Oct. 19 (UPI) -- Four people died and five others were wounded Sunday in a bomb blast in the southwestern Pakistan province of Baluchistan, police said.

Authorities said the bomb triggered by remote control exploded in the bazaar of the town of Dera Bugti, about 220 miles from the provincial capital of Quetta, police sources told KUNA, the Kuwait news agency.

The wounded, one of whom was described as in critical condition, were taken to hospitals as security teams were put on alert and police cordoned off the scene, KUNA reported.
