NEDERLAND, Colo., Oct. 17 (UPI) -- A Colorado man who claimed in 2003 he was the victim of a prank that left him glued to a toilet seat in Home Depot has been found dead, police say.

Robert Dougherty's body was found Tuesday, at his home in Nederland, about 30 miles northwest of Denver, the Rocky Mountain News reported Friday.

Authorities said 60-year-old Dougherty's health had been declining. His death isn't considered suspicious. Investigators are awaiting autopsy results, the newspaper reported.

In 2003, Dougherty said he was glued to a Home Depot toilet in Louisville, Colo. He sued Home Depot for $3 million, saying employees ignored his calls for help for about 15 minutes before calling paramedics.

A judge dismissed the lawsuit, the newspaper reported.
