The session at Olmert's Jerusalem official residence was the first since he stepped down as prime minister. It was believed to have centered on corruption allegations in the Investment Center affair, Haaretz reported.

The police recently recommended that Olmert be indicted for allegedly taking bribes from Jewish American businessman Morris Talansky and for the Rishon Tours affair in which state funds were said to be used for personal trips.
