Canada body-parts murder victim identified

KAILALI, Nepal, Sept. 27 (UPI) -- At least 16 people were killed by floods in Nepal's Kailali district, the Nepal Red Cross Society said Saturday.
The Kantipur Report said 17 people were still missing.
The newspaper reported two bodies were recovered Saturday, but had not been identified.
In Sunsari district, Jhameli Ram, 75, who was taking shelter at camp in Jhumka, died of diarrhea.
