Sheriff's deputies said 15-year-old Janelle Calderon allegedly was forced into a car by her boyfriend, 20-year-old Julio Adrian Martinez, and another man early Wednesday morning, KFOX-TV, El Paso, reported.
The alleged kidnapping occurred after a heated argument in the driveway of the teenager's home and the suspects are said to be driving a brown Kia Sephia, deputies said.
The deputies, whose names were not released, said Martinez had allegedly threatened Calderon's family if the teenager ever ended their relationship.
The missing girl's mother, Lucy Giullen, told KFOX-TV that her entire family is praying for the 15-year-old's safe return.
"We miss you Janelle. We are waiting here and your brothers and your sisters your dad. We are all here. We are praying that you are going to be fine and you are going to return," Giullen said.
