Haaretz reported Thursday that Israelis traveling in Sinai, Thailand and Turkey face threats.
The Counter Terrorism Bureau issued the warning weeks ago, and chose to reissue its warning ahead of the Jewish High Holidays at the end of September, when many Israelis holiday abroad.
Israelis currently in Egypt were advised to leave immediately, the newspaper reported.
Israeli Defense Minister Ehud Barak Tuesday said Israel security forces had recently foiled attempts by Hezbollah to kidnap Israeli businessmen abroad.
The planned abductions are said to be in revenge for the assassination of Imad Mughniyeh, Hezbollah's operations chief, who was killed in a Damascus car bombing in February.
Israel has denied any involvement in the bombing.
