ORLANDO, Fla., Sept. 3 (UPI) -- A jury in Orange County, Fla., will visit a car wash where a mother allegedly used a pressure washer on her 2-year-old child, court officials say.
Court officials scheduled Wednesday's car wash visit as part of the ongoing trial of
Niki Ramirez, whose initial trial date was delayed for months so she could give birth to another child, Florida's WKMG-TV, Orlando, Fla., reported.
Since being arrested on child abuse charges, Ramirez has maintained she wasn't disciplining her child by using the car wash's pressure washer. She also alleged the powerful mechanical device wasn't on set on high-pressure when the incident occurred, WKMG-TV said.
